A Quantity Surveyor by trade, Rob’s history includes 7 years in the industry as a PQS prior to his experience with Commercial and Residential Construction.
Rob manages all estimating, contractual and financial aspects within Next Level Commercial, allowing him to keep pace with the projects every step of the way.
With project experience ranging from Residential Construction through to Ferrari Show Rooms, Office Blocks, Apartments and Earthquake Remediation, Rob has grasped a noteworthy understanding of construction requirements across multiple project typologies.
Brendon Sowerby
Contracts Manager | Director
A builder by trade, Brendon has gone from tools to management, with a clear understanding of all aspects of the project.
Brendon oversees our project teams, both on and off site, to ensure everything is going to plan.
With Brendon’s extensive construction knowledge and experience, he ensures projects are delivered on time and that they exceed expected quality.
Brendon’s approach is very culture driven, ensuring the team share our values and are empowered to make the right decision.
Adrian (Age) Franklin
Maintenance Manager
Adrian (Age) joined Next Level Commercial in 2021. He is a Registered Electrician, bringing with him 14+ years in the construction industry.
Age is our Maintenance Manager, looking after all maintenance contracts.
