Next Level excels in construction projects, keeping all concrete and carpentry work in house with our experienced site teams. This helps us to know what we are capable of, maintain the highest quality and stick to our critical path.
Our skill sets are complimented both with our office teams and site teams, with all involved having an intimate knowledge of the construction requirements, processes and common end goals. It is this expertise that enables us to deliver an ever-broadening range of projects.

High Density Residential
Townhouse and Terrace House Developments
With Rob’s commercial expertise and Brendon’s residential history, we have managed to cover all aspects of the project. This ensures the timely delivery, high-quality finish and cost-efficiency of any given development, from two houses to thirty houses, and beyond.
Apartments
To ensure a successful project, it is critical to maintain a residential mindset with the internal fit out whilst having the commercial construction knowledge for the base build when it comes to Apartments. This is where Rob and Brendon’s complimentary skill sets change the game.
Design and Build
We work closely with several architects and other consultants on most of our projects, so we have gained a mutual level of trust and knowledge of each other’s expertise. With this knowledge, we can select the best consultants for your project to deliver a full design and build service, and give cost certainty to the client.
Fitouts
With jobs that require only minor works from our carpenters, we still excel with our unique and strategized approach to procurement and project management. We work closely with the client and/or designer to agree the best way forward to deliver the desired finish. We have key subcontractors that we utilise on a weekly basis to achieve our buying power and demand for high quality and efficient time frames. From joinery, signage, and other fixed in place materials, to soft furnishings and appliances., we can manage the entire process for you.
